Support with Using NVDA
There are many different ways you can get support in using NVDA. This page lists documentation, email lists, community groups and 3rd party service agencies providing training and support. Included Documentation
NVDA already comes with a detailed user guide and a useful key command quick reference built right in. You can find these under Help in the NVDA menu (press NVDA+n when running NVDA or activate the System tray icon). The latest NVDA User Guide and other useful user articles can also be found in our Documentation section on this website.
Official Support email list
NV Access provides an email list where users of NVDA can ask questions related to using NVDA. For more information or to join the list, please visit the NVDA-support email list page.
Phone-based support and training from NV Access
NV Access (the organisation behind NVDA) offers phone-based support and training to users of NVDA in Australia at a flat hourly rate. Whether its an introduction to the basics, or a lesson on the more advanced features, the creaters of NVDA can help. Please visit NV Access to find out more.

Vision Australia Training
Vision Australia provides face to face or distance learning courses in computer training, covering such topics as typing, email, word processing and browsing the web. These courses can be tailored specifically for those using the NVDA screen reader and are available in several formats. The courses are offered free of charge in most states of Australia. Associated Services for the blind (Philadelphia Pennsylvania, U.S.)
Associated Services for the blind offers training for using NVDA. The cost may be covered by particular state agencies, though in general training is $50.00 per hour. More information can be found at www.asb.org.
