Support mailing List

This mailing list is a place where users of the NVDA screen reader are able to ask questions about how to use NVDA. The project maintainers, and other NVDA users, should be more than happy to answer your questions.

To find out more information such as rules, or to subscribe, please visit:  http://lists.nvaccess.org/listinfo/nvda-support

IRC Chat Channel

If you would like to text chat with the developers or other NVDA users directly, other than sending -emails, why don't you join the  #nvda channel on the  OFTC Network.

It is the channel that has been set up for discussions of all issues related to NVDA. Also, you may share tips and personal stories about using NVDA, and you may ask relevant questions after reviewing the website and product documentation, or feel free to chat about more expected features and/or bug fixes.

Developers mailing List

The developers' mailing list is intended to discuss NVDA developers related issues, as well as issues related to people running NVDA (or trying to run it) from source code. You are expected to find ideas about how to implement new features, and discuss other related topics.

It is worth mentioning that each time the source code is updated in the code repository, relevant information will be posted about it as well.

To join the developers' list, send a blank email to:  nvda-dev-request@lists.nvaccess.org with the word "subscribe" in the subject line.

To view archived messages from this list, please visit the  nvda-dev list archive.

Enterprise mailing list

This list is intended for discussion of the NVDA screen reader in its use with enterprise applications, and associated issues.

Resources for specific languages

Since the creation of NVDA, the community has created a number of independent websites, blogs and mailing lists to discuss all issues related to NVDA in there native languages. The following list shows those web resources in alphabetical order.

Note:

The web resources mentioned in the following list are published independently; that's to say, they are written entirely by NVDA community around the world and thus the information/opinions expressed may not be the same as that held by the NVDA project team.
