Description
Even when speak punctuation is disabled, punctuation keys should still be spoken by keyboard/input help.
Str:
- Ensure that you are using eSpeak.
- Disable NVDA's speaking of punctuation.
- Activate keyboard/input help with NVDA+1.
- Press semicolon (;).
- Expected: "Semi" should be spoken.
- Actual: Silence.
