Entered two ticket, but nothing shows in My Tickets

Description

This is not bug report for NVDA, but for this TRAC system. I entered two tickets (three with this one), and nothing shows under "My Tickets"

This system is more for reporting issues with NVDA. It is probably better to email about issues such as these, as many of them are probably misunderstandings such as described below.

A few months ago when you reported this on the list, I noted that this was an issue with Trac 0.10 which would be solved when we upgraded to 0.11. I was incorrect. Further investigation has revealed that we are actually misinterpreting the functionality of "My Tickets". The "My Tickets" report is meant to list tickets one owns, not tickets one has reported. A ticket is owned by someone when they are assigned the ticket or accept it themselves; i.e. the person responsible for resolving the ticket. You don't own any tickets, even though you have reported some, so you should indeed not see any tickets in the "My Tickets" report. This is arguably somewhat ambiguous.

In any case, the report system in Trac is being phased out in favour of the Query system, which is somewhat more flexible and allows users to build their own queries, rather than having to rely on predefined reports. Thus, I have disabled the Report system and made the Query system the default for the "View Tickets" option. We can then create quick links for "Tickets I Reported", "Tickets Assigned to Me", etc. if desired.
