reportCurrentLine and sayAll should not act on virtual buffer if virtual buffer pass-through is enabled

Description

Currently, the reportCurrentLine and sayAll scripts always act on the virtual buffer if the focus object is within a buffer, even if virtual buffer pass-through is enabled. Instead, if pass-through is enabled, these scripts should act upon the focus object.
