Missing/outdated docstrings on default appModule scripts

There are some missing and outdated docstrings on default appModule scripts. These should be added/updated.

Missing docstrings

• reportFormatting
  
• reportCurrentLine
  
• moveNavigatorObjectToMouse
  

Outdated docstrings

• There is no information about the behaviour when keys are double pressed; including:
  
  • reportCurrentLine
    
  • reviewCurrentLine
    
  • reviewCurrentWord
    
  • dateTime

I have added the missing doc strings and revised some of the old ones. Comments and discussion welcome.

if the dog strings are updated, why don't someone update the default app Module scripts? This Ticket could be fixed quickly.

We didn't see Doug's patch - sorry about that. I've updated Doug's patch and made some of my own modifications. This was committed in r2347.
