STR:

  1. Open a page with an unvisited link.
  2. On that link, press control+enter. The page opens in a new tab. The link on the original tab is still unvisited.
  3. Press nvda+f5 to refresh the buffer. The link becomes visited.

Tested with Firefox 15.0.1.

This would suggest Firefox isn't firing a state change event on the link when it becomes visited. I don't think this is hugely important, though.
