The buffer doesn't seem to be updating in response to events. I'm pretty sure this used to work (and there is code to support it), but it isn't working for me in NVDA 2012.2.1 or current main.

This seems to have broken in NVDA 2011.3.

Regression caused by 7c8a904. If a node for which we don't use its name as content (e.g. an editable text field) gets updated, we can't render the name as a text field before. Doing so will fail. We don't want to anyway, as the name has already been rendered. This changeset assumes rendering the name won't fail and tries to add an attribute to the node, which causes a null pointer dereference. Fix upcoming.
