STR:
1: Open the Voice Settings Dialog.
Expected: Nvda should say, "Voice settings Dialog.
Actual: NVDA says: "Voice settings dialog Capital pitch change percentage".

Yes this has been around for a while now, and was reported, but cannot recall if a ticket was raised at the time. it happens in XP also.

The apparent speaking of odd things can also occur when you enter this ticketting system to report a new problem as well, though whether this is the same issue or another I have no way to know.
This latter is using IE8.
Its not a serious problem as the dialogue and pages etc work, but may well be some junk getting into the queue at some point.
