Unicode defines a block called Braille Patterns (U+2800..U+28FF) which allows 8-dot Braille cell patterns to be represented. These characters should be rendered as the actual patterns on Braille displays. This can be done once we update to liblouis 2.3.0, which includes a table (braille-patterns.cti) that maps all of these characters.
