Hello,
When NVDA+b is pressed, I think nvda uses object navigation to read active window.
So It repeat a lot of objects as window and as text, like when using object navigation, We read their.
Culd NVDA uses flat review to read this information?
Thanks

Using flat review is not ideal, since you miss semantic information about the controls and it may not work in all cases. However, we do need to fix NVDA+b in some way (or remove it altogether for now).
Changes:
Changed title from "NVDA Should use flat review to read active window (NVDA+b)" to "Fix broken read active window command (NVDA+b)"
Milestone changed from None to near-term
